Our services are each run from one or more of our six operating depots. We have a central customer services team at our head office in Leicester, and you contact us by phone, six days a week. There are also numerous contact forms on our main website, www.centrebus.info.
We specialise in providing public local bus services, connecting the hundreds of cities, towns and villages accross our operating area. Each day, thousands of people use our buses to get to work, to school, to college or in to town for shopping, essential services or leisure.
On most buses, you can simply buy a single or return ticket when you get on. Remember that these are usually the best value tickets, so if you are travelling more than once, consider joining our Travel Club, getting one of our smartcards, or buying a season ticket for a week, month or longer. Weekly (and in many cases monthly) season tickets can be bought on the bus (cash only) but for tickets for three months, an academic term, or longer, considering buying in advance online. Many of our season tickets, smartcards and discount cards can now be purchased on this website.
